4. Payments and Billing

All payments for consulting services, marketing, sales support, or custom software development are due as per the agreed contract or invoice terms. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.


5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and software developed by us remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred via a written agreement. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute any part of our Services without prior written consent.


6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, codebases, designs, and data.
